There is no such thing as a stupid question?

Those who think it says a thing as a stupid question, probably has never done business consulting, non-profit. While every legitimate question should be asked and answered, too many people only ask questions, so that it can be heard. To talk too much are the questions and other stakeholders, these questions have little constructive to help you feel the situation, only to waste more time and tests their patience. Although many questions remainlegitimate and will be asked because the questioner requires an answer to their questions, such questions are encouraged and justified. Rather, if some people just talk and not listen, and then repeat themselves and ask questions, which is already answered, this should discourage people in some boring, useless, unproductive activities discouraged.

Everyone is involved in an organization will certainly come into contact with this type ofWaste of time individuals. Most people are annoyed that their time with people who only speak to be heard wasted. Conversation pointless to waste more time and waste of resources of an organization.

As annoying as it is when a member of an organization that behaves like this, it is much worse when a leader behaves in this way. Executives, to ask unnecessary questions rarely the heart of the matter, and rarely effective leaders.

Effective leaders listen to more thanspeak. Ask questions to the relevant information to watch out not to affect or to gather the facts in advance. Effective leaders to gather information and carefully check all the facts. You just have to ask questions to learn more, and do not hide their opinions in a question. Many questions are just expressing their opinion created for the collection of information to the contrary.

Ask meaningful questions is never stupid. Asking questions is never Pollstupid. Ask questions about something that you do not need to understand is ever completely stupid. However, asking "stupid questions", only to
we hear, is not only stupid, but unnecessary and reckless. Encourage you to discourage questions, but not selfish productive "stupid" questions! These questions are stupid! Although questions about something that you do not understand, is a positive attribute, it is only positive if the person asking questions, listening to the answer, and asks onlyfor clarification if necessary. E 'bit frustrating, leading trainer and consultant, as always, the same questions that others have just asked, and asked for detailed answers already given. If this happens, the question is really "stupid".
